Hi, I’m Sophie.
I help Christian women uncover the roots of their past pain and walk into the fruit of God’s healing. I guide hearts from bitterness to soft, from wounds to peace. My work combines Scripture, prayer ministry, discipleship, and trauma-informed practices to bring lasting transformation, not just understanding, but a living, felt relationship with God. I’ve walked the path from hidden roots not as a finished product, but in a way that's made me hungry and passionate about helping you do the same.
I’m here because I’ve walked this path myself and I know how hard it can be to carry old wounds while longing for true closeness with God. With both faith and practical guidance, I’ll help you uncover the roots of past pain, gently release what has been holding you back, and cultivate a heart that can rest, trust, and grow in His presence. Together, we’ll nurture the clarity, boundaries, and rhythms you need to live fully from the freedom God offers.
"Sophie's presence as a mentor is maternal, calm, steady, wise, nurturing, tender-hearted, gentle and uplifting. I cannot put a price on the healing that has taken place in my heart. I will be forever grateful for this mentorship and the after effects will last into my marriage."
Bitter Root Discovery
Healing & Release
Reconciliation & Fruit
In this first phase, we gently explore the fruit of your life and allow God to reveal the roots beneath them. This may include early developmental wounds, prenatal experiences, generational patterns, or unresolved forgiveness. With safety, prayer, and discernment, we bring awareness to what has been operating beneath the surface. This step is not about blame or shame; it’s about understanding how your heart learned to survive and partnering with the One true God who knitted you in your mothers womb.
Once the roots are brought into the light, we move into healing, emotional and spiritual regulation, and release. In this phase, you partner with God to gently release bitterness, fear, false beliefs, and protective lies and vows that were formed in pain. Through Scripture, prayer ministry, and trauma-informed practices, God begins to restore safety in your body and heart. This is where forgiveness becomes possible (not forced) and where intimacy with God begins to feel less distant and more real, embodied, and secure.
The final phase is about living from restoration. As roots have been reckoned dead, new fruit begins to grow and a deeper enjoyment of God’s presence. This stage focuses on reconciliation: with God, with yourself, and, where appropriate, with others. You’ll learn how to remain rooted in truth, tend to your heart going forward, and live from the freedom God has cultivated, so the fruit of your life reflects His love, no longer your past wounds.
Each week, we’ll meet live for a coaching call where we dive into your story, each time sinking into a safe place of rest with the Holy Spirit. You'll receive coaching as you navigate challenges, clarity, and real-time heart healing.
Each week comes with practical homework designed to reinforce what you learn in our calls. From reflection exercises to actionable strategies, these steps help you process past pain, build intimacy with God, and practice new ways of showing up in your life to bear new fruit.
Intentional partnered healing with God can bring up questions or anxieties at any moment - and you won’t have to face them alone. You can send me messages, voice notes, or questions anytime between calls. I’ll provide guidance and clarity so you never feel stuck, confused, or second-guessing.
