Hi, I’m Sophie.
I help Christian women uncover the roots of their past pain and walk into the fruit of God’s healing. I guide hearts from bitterness to soft, from wounds to peace. My work combines Scripture, prayer ministry, discipleship, and trauma-informed practices to bring lasting transformation, not just understanding, but a living, felt relationship with God. I’ve walked the path from hidden roots not as a finished product, but in a way that's made me hungry and passionate about helping you do the same.
I’m here because I’ve walked this path myself and I know how hard it can be to carry old wounds while longing for true closeness with God. With both faith and practical guidance, I’ll help you uncover the roots of past pain, gently release what has been holding you back, and cultivate a heart that can rest, trust, and grow in His presence. Together, we’ll nurture the clarity, boundaries, and rhythms you need to live fully from the freedom God offers.
"Sophie's presence as a mentor is maternal, calm, steady, wise, nurturing, tender-hearted, gentle and uplifting. I cannot put a price on the healing that has taken place in my heart. I will be forever grateful for this mentorship and the after effects will last into my marriage."
Bitter Root Discovery
Healing & Release
Reconciliation & Fruit
In this first phase, we gently explore the fruit of your life and allow God to reveal the roots beneath it. Together, we will prayerfully notice patterns in your emotions, relationships, and spiritual life, asking the Holy Spirit to illuminate what's been shaping you. This may include early developmental wounds, prenatal experiences, generational patterns, or unresolved forgiveness. With safety and discernment, we bring compassion awareness to what has been operating quietly within your heart and nervous system. This step is not about blame or shame; it’s about recognising how your body and soul adapted in painful seasons.
Once the roots are brought into the light, we invite God to begin tending to them. Rather than striving to "fix" yourself, you'll learn to partner with God in gently pruning what was formed in pain - false beliefs, inner vows, bitter roots, and protective patterns that once helped you to survive. Through contemplative prayer practices, trauma- informed body and nervous system care, and guided counselling, we return to the roots of the heart to discern what has taken shape over time. This is where faith will shift you from something you believe in to something you experience - in a tangible, felt way.
The final phase is about living from the restoration God has been cultivating in your mind and heart. As the roots have been tended and pruned, new fruit begins to grow - not through effort, but through integration. This stage focuses on reconciliation: with God, with yourself, and, where appropriate, with others. You'll learn how to remain rooted, notice when old patterns try to resurface, and tenderly care for your heart and body in ways that nurture lasting growth.
Each week, we’ll meet live for a coaching call where we dive into your story, each time sinking into a safe place of rest with the Holy Spirit. You'll receive coaching as you navigate challenges, clarity, and real-time heart healing.
Each week comes with practical homework designed to reinforce what you learn in our calls. From reflection exercises to actionable strategies, these steps help you process past pain, build intimacy with God, and practice new ways of showing up in your life to bear new fruit.
Intentional partnered healing with God can bring up questions or anxieties at any moment - and you won’t have to face them alone. You can send me messages, voice notes, or questions anytime between calls. I’ll provide guidance and clarity so you never feel stuck, confused, or second-guessing.
